You will generate and manage your own book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers, handling freight movements and real-time problem solving with our TMS platform.

• Must be comfortable with high-volume cold calling.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Execute 80+ cold calls per day.
• Negotiate freight costs with customers and carriers.
• Manage freight movement using our proprietary TMS software.
• Provide updates to customers and carriers during issues.
