Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in automotive finance collections or similar.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and state/federal collection laws.
• Strong negotiation and listening skills with the ability to assess collateral.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via outbound and inbound calls to arrange payment solutions.
• Negotiate payment plans based on customer circumstances.
• Conduct extensive skip tracing to locate customers and collateral.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and recovery progress.
• Collaborate with team to meet department goals.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure confidentiality of all company operations and data.
