Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Charge Nurse for College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You will work under the guidance of a dedicated DON/ADON and skilled clinical staff to provide exceptional resident care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and leadership as you evaluate residents, plan nursing services, and support your team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
