Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our supportive clinical team in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead nursing services under the guidance of the DON and ADONs, collaborating with the Medical Director and physician to optimize resident care.

You will mentor staff, review resident records, and ensure timely charting and administrative duties while promoting growth and high-quality care for each resident.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrates a caring, resident-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and develop their talents.
• Examining residents and records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings.
• Performing administrative duties such as charting, reports, and evaluations.
