Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Belterra Health and Rehabilitation Center in McKinney, TX. You will work the day shift on our short-term hall under the guidance of a supportive DON and clinical staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

We require an active RN license in good standing and a minimum of 1 year of short-term/SNF experience; familiarity with the PCC system is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year short term/SNF experience.
• Good understanding of PCC system.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
