Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician, support daily nursing services, and help residents with care plans while mentoring team members.

The role emphasizes compassionate resident care, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth under the guidance of a supportive DON and clinical staff.

Qualificações

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• $1000 Sign-on Bonus for FT employment only paid out 90-180days.

Responsabilidades

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
