Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to plan and deliver nursing services, document care, and support patient well-being.

You'll mentor team members, monitor resident conditions, complete charts, and participate in administrative duties, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Strong patient-centered approach and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician on residents.
• Developing and planning nursing services with the DON.
• Mentoring team members and supporting career growth.
• Examining residents and records to identify early health issues.
• Completing medical forms, reports, and charting.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications

• $1000 Sign-on Bonus for FT employment only paid out 90-180days
• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
