Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You will confer with the Medical Director and attending physician on resident care and help plan nursing services to meet resident needs.

Lead and mentor nursing staff, assess residents, review charts for early warning signs, and handle administrative duties such as medical forms and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
