Job summary

Priority Management is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse LVN for Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You will work with the Medical Director and nursing team to oversee resident care and ensure quality standards.

You’ll confer with physicians, supervise nursing staff, document care plans, and support residents and families. A current LPN/LVN license is required, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered with staged payments.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

$500 after first 90 days of employment, additional $500 after 180 total days of employment.
