Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight+ years in sales leadership, channel management, or business development.
• Experience leading a geographically dispersed team.
• Proven track record in converged sales and aggressive growth targets.
• Ability to craft executive presentations and analyze complex data.
• Experience using AI to enhance operations and growth.
• Two+ years Verizon Business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize the overall strategy for partner programs.
• Cultivate executive relationships with partner leadership.
• Set goals, forecast, and analyze results to optimize sales.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver strong results.
• Forecast program requirements and optimize partner profitability.
• Facilitate contracts and support negotiations to drive growth.
• Escalate and streamline internal processes to remove roadblocks.
