Paychex is hiring for a Channel Sales role in the United States. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building strong relationships with CPAs and small business clients to drive growth.

You will manage a fast-paced sales cycle, handle prospecting to close, and sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions. A driver’s license and prior sales experience are required.

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
