Paychex is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound activities. You will build trusted relationships with bankers and small business owners, driving a fast-paced pipeline and closing deals across payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.

Qualifications

1-5 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience in B2B sales.
Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
