Success is measured by partner impact, team development, and business results, with a fully remote setup that may require travel to Arrow offices as requested.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer- and partner-facing teams in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to drive GTM strategy, partner growth, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence across multiple orgs without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Demonstrated sales cadence, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
