Arrow Electronics seeks a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Channel Managers, driving partner growth and Microsoft-based ecosystem initiatives. This remote role emphasizes coaching, strategic GTM planning, and pipeline development to accelerate customer success across Microsoft partners.

You will collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to remove obstacles, optimize engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing or technical sales teams.
• Strong business acumen with GTM strategy and partner growth.

Responsibilities
