• Channel management experience across partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Channel Manager team to shape Microsoft's partner ecosystem.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Channel Managers to expand business acumen and leadership.
• Drive partner success through cloud readiness, solution positioning, joint business planning, GTM strategy, and pipeline development.
• Lead through influence across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate outcomes.
• Define and measure success through data, streamline processes, and continuously improve the organization.
