You will coach, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, guide partners on GTM strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, and Solution Architects to accelerate outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, accountability, and scalable engagement models.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing, partner-facing, or technical sales organizations.
• Strong business acumen with go-to-market strategy, partner growth, and measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and collaborate across multiple organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a robust sales cadence and pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and execution against targets.
