Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a seven-member Channel Manager team that drives Microsoft partner success and accelerates cloud business growth. You will shape GTM strategies, coach top talent, and influence multiple stakeholder groups to maximize partner outcomes.

You will foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous learning while building differentiated go-to-market approaches and scalable engagement models that drive pipeline and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading partner-facing sales organizations.
• Strong business acumen with go-to-market strategy experience.
• Ability to influence leaders and collaborate across organizations without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and follow-through.
• Experience with cloud and subscription services.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing, field-based sales team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Channel Managers to grow partner skills.
• Drive partner success through GTM planning, pipeline and revenue growth.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partner Development, Channel Management, Solution Architects, and Marketing to accelerate outcomes.
