Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career sales professional to lead channel partnerships and close deals with small businesses in a high-volume environment. You will generate new business through referral partners, build CPA and client relationships, and drive a fast-paced pipeline for payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, quota attainment, and quick cycles, with opportunities to grow within One Paychex and across product lines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• H.S. diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
