Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Sales Associate to serve as the primary touchpoint for existing end-user accounts in the assigned territory. You will qualify inbound leads, prospect outbound opportunities, conduct web demos, and collaborate with Channel Sales Executives to generate pipeline and drive regional sales growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with physical security, video security, or critical communications technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive outreach to existing customers within the territory to ensure satisfaction and long-term value realization.
• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and video channels to maintain strong customer trust.
• Lead discovery calls and web demonstrations to uncover business needs and qualify inbound and outbound prospects.
