Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to drive video solution sales across an assigned territory. You will cultivate partner relationships and deploy field strategies to grow market presence and exceed revenue targets.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will lead end-user engagements, manage a robust funnel, and coordinate with internal and partner resources to deliver solutions and drive business results across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of technical solutions sales experience OR 6+ years of technical solutions sales experience

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with end customers, driving revenue growth through partner channel.
• Prospect daily across named accounts and territory targets using available intelligence and sales tools.
• Create, manage, and maintain a healthy sales funnel with accurate CRM records to support forecasting.
• Lead video and analytics solution development to address end-user needs with key resources.
• Attain 'Trusted Advisor' status with end customers and channel partners for long-term adoption.
• Conduct regular sales calls and manage local promotional work to advance territory sales.
