Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Sales Associate to connect customers with our safety and security ecosystem. You will lead discovery, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and demonstrate our suite of physical security technologies.

You will work closely with territory sales leadership to drive regional efficiency, manage opportunities under $50k, and ensure customers realize the full value of their investment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with channel partners or SMB sales under $50k.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and virtual presentation tools.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusted relationships with existing end users to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Lead discovery calls to analyze customer operational needs and ask targeted questions.
• Book and lead comprehensive web demonstrations highlighting our full suite of physical security solutions.
• Manage and drive sales opportunities under $50k through the complete channel sales process.
