Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Channel Business Consultant to drive new business growth through channel partner relationships in the Southeast region. You will manage referrals, brokers, and other partners to generate opportunities across payroll, HR tech, benefits, and compliance services.

You will own the full sales cycle from partner engagement to close, maintaining a strong pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HCM/payroll/HR tech or channel partner sales.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales goals.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency with MS Office and communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through channel partner relationships.
• Educate partners on value proposition and referral process.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle for channel-generated opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and pricing options for channel-sourced opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and scope of service with stakeholders and partners.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Travel domestically as needed for partner meetings and events.
