Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Irvine, CA is hiring a Channel Business Consultant to drive growth through strategic channel partnerships. You will cultivate partner networks, educate partners on HCM value, and manage opportunities from lead to close and implementation, including coordination with internal teams.

The role requires frequent travel within the U.S. and a proven track record in channel sales, negotiation, and CRM-driven sales processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 1-2 years of channel partner sales experience.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through channel partners and referral networks.
• Own full sales cycle from engagement to close and implementation.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of services, and contract terms with channel partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and quarterly/annual forecasts.
• Travel domestically to client sites, meetings, and events as needed.
