Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice. This role will lead the people and adoption strategy for complex operational and client-focused initiatives, ranging from targeted process improvements to large-scale transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• 6+ years leading change management and transformation advisory.
• 5+ years leading teams across multi-workstream projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams supporting complex outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies linking stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, and training.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational impacts and actions required to achieve adoption.
• Conduct change impact, readiness, and adoption-risk assessments.
• Embed change management activities into project charters, roadmaps, and governance.
• Build stakeholder strategies with accountability for engagement and adoption.
• Translate future-state processes and roles into communications, toolkits, and learning experiences.
• Define measurable outcomes and provide reporting to leadership.
• Identify resistance and adoption risks early and partner on mitigation actions.
• Guide clients and teams through transitions to new processes and operating models.
