Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Manager of Change Management to lead our Outsourced Services change programs in the United States. You will drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realization across multi‑workstream initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure organizational alignment.

You will embed change into transformation lifecycles, translate impacts into actionable plans, and develop repeatable methodologies while coaching teams and strengthening delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years leading change management initiatives and transformation programs.
• Experience guiding multi-workstream projects and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for complex outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies connecting engagement, leadership alignment, communications, and adoption.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational and workforce impacts and required leadership actions.
