EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice in the United States. The role leads people and adoption strategies for complex initiatives, embedding change activities across the transformation lifecycle.

The Manager advises senior leaders, builds stakeholder plans, and drives readiness, communications, training, and sustained adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. Baton Rouge is highlighted as a preferred location in related context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 6+ years leading change management and transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of leadership across multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for complex outsourcing and transformation programs.
• Develop integrated change strategies covering readiness, engagement, training and adoption.
• Advise executives on organizational impacts and required leadership actions.
