Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice in Philadelphia. The role leads people and adoption strategy for complex operational initiatives, embedding change throughout transformation lifecycles.

You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness, design communication and training plans, and drive adoption and sustained business outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading change management or related transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and owning change outcomes across complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational, operational, and workforce impacts of transformations.
• Embed change activities into project charters, roadmaps, and governance.
• Build stakeholder strategies across sponsors, leaders, managers, employees, and clients.
• Translate future-state designs into practical communications and learning experiences.
