Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years leading change management, technology-enabled transformation, process or operating-model change, or related advisory services.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams and owning change outcomes across multi-workstream projects or client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams supporting complex outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering engagement, leadership, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational and workforce impacts of transformation decisions and actions.
