Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice. You will lead the people and adoption strategy for complex initiatives, spanning process improvements to large-scale transformations.

You will embed change management across the lifecycle, advise senior stakeholders, and drive adoption while ensuring readiness, accountability, and sustained outcomes. This role supports Outsourced Services and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading change management and transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and owning change outcomes.
• Experience advising senior leaders and stakeholders in a client-facing/consulting setting.
• Experience in outsourced services, managed services, or BPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams supporting complex engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies linking engagement, readiness, and adoption.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational and workforce impacts of transformation decisions.
• Conduct readiness, stakeholder and adoption-risk assessments to identify interventions.
• Embed change activities into charters, roadmaps, governance, and plans.
• Build stakeholder strategies with clear accountability for engagement and adoption.
• Translate future-state designs into practical communications and learning experiences.
• Define measurable readiness and adoption outcomes and report to leadership.
