Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a district sales leader to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team across a cross-functional field organization. The role focuses on market penetration, education, and revenue growth through strategic plans and strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in the industry with leadership experience, a willingness to work weekends/evenings, and a valid driver’s license. Diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of previous management or leadership experience.
• Diabetes disease state knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team with coaching and strategic direction to meet district/territory goals.
• Oversee a cross-functional field sales organization and implement market penetration, lead generation, and revenue growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop territory business plans and achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain relationships with regional diabetes centers, healthcare professionals, and key organizations to drive business results.
• Monitor district expenses and administrative requirements per company policy.
• Provide timely data on sales performance and KPIs to management.
