Dexcom Inc. seeks a District Business Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the Ohio region. You will guide coaching, performance management, and strategic direction to meet district and territory sales goals.

You will oversee a cross-functional field sales organization, managing key relationships with diabetes centers, HCPs, and industry partners, while controlling expenses and driving revenue growth. This role is remote-based with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee a cross-functional field sales organization to achieve market penetration and revenue growth.
• Cultivate relationships with regional diabetes centers, healthcare professionals, and diabetes organizations.
• Manage district expenses and provide timely sales performance data to management.
