Job summary

Dexcom is a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeking a field-based sales professional to educate and partner with diabetes care teams. The role involves training providers, representing at events, and driving territory growth.

Travel expected 50–75% with hybrid work options for those near a Dexcom site. Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience required; diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Diabetes disease state knowledge is a plus.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support physicians, diabetes educators, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams to facilitate territory sales growth.
• Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
