Pfizer seeks a CFC Product Manager to lead end-to-end CRM initiatives for Customer-Facing Colleagues (CFC) across brands and regions. You will drive the product roadmap, partner with UX/design, and coordinate with vendors to deliver AI-enabled enhancements that improve the field experience.

The role requires strong collaboration with Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical teams, plus experience in fast-paced, data-driven product delivery and global program work.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a commercial product sold to external customers.
• Experience leading internal platform products or services implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology enhancements and roadmaps.
