Warby Parker is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Opticians to join our growing team to help people see and feel confident about their glasses. You will become an expert in our brand and eyewear, take measurements, fit frames, and ensure every pair meets our optical standards.

A licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) with a passion for eyewear and customer service will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and execute these details with flawless accuracy.
• Check that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards, as well as customer requirements and requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional service for all customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription needs, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
