Job summary

Affinity Hospice Management LLC is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to work under RN supervision, providing personal care and comfort per the patient’s plan of care.

You will help with bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, and basic daily living tasks while documenting observations and communicating with the care team to maintain safety and quality at the end of life. This on-site role requires reliability, respect for patient and family, and adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA course.
• NAC certification is required where applicable.
• CPR certification current and hands-on acceptable.
• Food handlers permit current.
• High School diploma or GED attained.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care according to assigned plan.
• Provide compassionate assistance and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and basic tasks.
• Observe and report changes to RN Case Manager promptly.
• Maintain safe patient environment and proper use of equipment.
• Document observations and care provided in EMR as required.
