Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans.

Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise therapy assistants and students, and contribute to education. Requires 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab; state license and CPR/BLS; Bachelor's degree; OT/PT degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions.
• Develop recovery plans and document therapy progress.
• Design and fabricate custom orthoses and splints.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists.
