Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans while collaborating with hand surgeons and other therapists.

The role requires 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, licensure as PT or OT, and CPR/BLS certification. Opportunities for leadership and clinical education are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.
• Bachelor's degree required; OT or PT doctorate preferred.
• Licensed PT or OT; CHT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care.
• Develop and adjust custom splints and orthoses.
• Collaborate with surgeons and therapists for interdisciplinary care.
• Supervise assistants, students, and support staff.
• Provide post-surgical and injury rehabilitation and scar management.
