Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans in collaboration with hand surgeons and therapists.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, plus at least 3 years in upper-extremity rehab, and a CHT credential. Strong documentation, leadership, and patient education are valued assets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and establish the plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Document therapy services delivered.
• Supervise OTAs, students and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit and educate on orthoses/splints.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehab, including scar and edema care.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
