Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO's external digital presence across platforms and channels. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of digital engagement with stakeholders including customers, investors, policymakers, and employees.

You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to deliver data-driven insights, drive visibility, and strengthen Dow's reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications or related fields.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to raise CEO visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, and media.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management and online identity platforms.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and engagement trends for innovation.
• Benchmark peers to improve Dow's executive digital engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI to optimize strategies.
• Develop dashboards connecting digital activities to reputation and business outcomes.
