Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of engagement across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and SEO initiatives.

Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to amplify stories and drive Dow's priorities while strengthening corporate reputation for stakeholders including customers, investors, employees, and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in executive/ corporate/digital communications or reputation management.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives and strengthens reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, content and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities and trends.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
