Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of the CEO's digital ecosystem, spanning social media, thought leadership, and online reputation, to drive business value.

You will collaborate across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to align digital narratives with Dow's priorities and strengthen stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across platforms and touchpoints.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence and thought leadership channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for customers, investors, policymakers and talent.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and real-time engagement opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for influencers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management including sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and trends to identify opportunities.
