Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO’s external digital presence across platforms and channels. You will lead strategy, execution and measurement of engagement ecosystems, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business teams.

You’ll develop integrated digital strategies that elevate the CEO’s voice, strengthen Dow’s reputation, and drive business priorities with data-driven insights and real-time engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent as stated.
• 5+ years of executive or corporate communications and digital engagement experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy to support business objectives and reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership, content, and search results.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement plans engaging customers, investors, policymakers and employees.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content pipelines including posts, articles, blogs, videos and more.
• Monitor real-time engagement opportunities and manage influencer and stakeholder ecosystems.
• Oversee digital reputation management, SEO, profiles and online identity strategies.
• Analyze performance and ROI, developing dashboards linking activities to outcomes.
