Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's external digital presence across platforms and channels. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of engagement ecosystems, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR and business teams to align with Dow's priorities and strengthen reputational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in executive/digital/public affairs or related fields.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Manage the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for broad stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities.
