Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution and measurement of the CEO's digital footprint, aligning with Dow's priorities and engaging audiences including customers, investors and policymakers.

You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to amplify stories, curate executive content, and drive ROI through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive, corporate, or digital communications or reputation management.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Manage the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content including posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and real-time engagement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to engage relevant conversations and maximize impact of executive communications.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, policymakers, media, and NGOs.
• Oversee digital reputation management, including sentiment analysis and online profiles.
• Monitor digital channels and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Benchmark peers and measure ROI with dashboards and reports.
