Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence across platforms. The role works across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to advance Dow's priorities and strengthen reputation.

You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of the CEO's digital footprint, manage content pipelines, social promotion, and real-time engagement opportunities while leveraging data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in executive/digital communications.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to enhance visibility with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Manage content pipelines (LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, videos) and promotion strategies.
