Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution and measurement of the CEO’s engagement ecosystem, collaborating across Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Investor Relations to advance Dow's priorities and strengthen reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive/digital communications or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CEO digital engagement strategy across social platforms and executive content.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence and engagement ecosystem.
• Develop audience-driven engagement strategies targeting customers, investors, policymakers, employees and media.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate, create and manage executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and real-time engagement opportunities.
• Maintain a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers and policymakers.
• Oversee digital reputation management including monitoring and SEO for the CEO and online presence.
• Monitor emerging channels and trends to identify opportunities for impact.
• Benchmark peers and analyze engagement performance to optimize ROI.
• Develop executive dashboards linking engagement to reputation and business outcomes.
