Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. The role drives strategy, execution, and measurement of CEO digital engagement, coordinating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify Dow's priorities.

You will curate executive content, manage social channels, and leverage data-driven insights to improve reputation, influence, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in executive/digital communications or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn, articles, blogs, etc.).
• Monitor engagement performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
