Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s external digital footprint across social platforms and content ecosystems. You will drive strategy, measurement, and real-time engagement opportunities across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business teams.

This role emphasizes data-driven insights, executive storytelling, and reputation management to advance Dow’s priorities and strengthen stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications or reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO’s external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content to raise visibility among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR and business leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content including posts, articles, blogs and videos.
• Monitor digital reputation, social sentiment and SEO implications.
