Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s external digital presence across platforms, coordinating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and measurement to elevate Dow’s voice and reputation.

You will manage content, engagement tactics, and real-time opportunities, using data-driven insights to maximize impact and ROI while aligning with Dow’s priorities and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in executive/digital communications or related areas.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility among customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to amplify Dow stories.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow priorities and trends.
• Build a framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, media, and NGOs to engage strategically.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management, including social listening and sentiment analysis.
• Manage the CEO's online presence including SEO, knowledge panels, and identity platforms.
• Monitor emerging channels and technologies for opportunities.
• Benchmark peers to improve Dow's executive strategy.
• Analyze engagement and ROI to optimize strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reporting linking digital activity to business outcomes.
