Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will drive strategy, execution, and measurement, coordinating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to elevate Dow's brand and executive voice.

You will manage content creation, social promotion, and real-time engagement opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize impact and ROI across stakeholder audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across social platforms and channels.
• Lead the strategic management of the CEO's external digital presence and thought leadership.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
